Hi, I am working on the W2 box14 others. As for 1%403b, which category should I choose? I cannot find the exactly same one.

"Other" would be the correct category for this entry.  Box 14 entries are informational from the employer and entries made here do not affect the calculations on your tax return.  Normally, the tag you see here represents a 1% employer contribution to your 403b plan.  This is a non-elective contribution.  Here is the IRS definition.

  • Nonelective employer contributions - contributions other than those made under a salary reduction agreement that include matching contributions, discretionary contributions and certain mandatory contributions made by the employer. The employee pays income tax on these contributions only when they are withdrawn.
