Question

Hi, I just paid over 100 dollars to efile, was charged, then at the end told that I can't efile. My wife works for IHSS and her income is tax exempt.

I feel sort of scammed now, since I was told I HAD to upgrade in order to efile since the basic version didn't have the forms needed. Now I'm told I can't efile anyway yet was still charged?
