Hi, I need to add self-employment income, but it is through the website/teaching platform Teachable. They have sent me a W9, and I am not sure how I can add that.

You don't add or file a W-9. You fill it out and return it to your employer. A W-9 is just asking for your information so your employer can issue a 1099-NEC form that you do file.
