Hi. I need to change from the SELF-EMPLOYED software to a regular version for married filing jointly. Can I do that and have it save all the info I've entered already?

You can use the Self Employed version to file any personal tax return including married filing jointly. To downgrade to a lower version because you don't want to pay for Self Employed, you would have to clear and start over entering everything again. You would do that by clicking on My Account then Clear and Start Over.
