Question

Hi, I need to claim my sick and family tax credit( form 7202)in 2021. How can i find the form 7202?

i file my tax on turbotax in 2021 and have 1040 tax return in 2021. To claim the sick and family tax credit ,do i need to amend the 2021 tax return or just submit Form 7202?

You will need to amend the 2021 tax return to include the Form 7202.
