Your employer has until 1/31/20 to either mail out the form, hand it to you or make it available electronically.  Ask your employer when and how your form will be ready.

Your employer(s) have until January 31 to issue your W-2's.  So you may just have to wait.  Some employers make them available for import on the TT site, but not all.
