I make less than $600 I don't received 1099...do I still have to report the amount?

Yes, you have to report the amount.  The fact that you did not receive a Form 1099-MISC only indicates that you received less than $600 from the company you worked for.  You still have to report the amount you received as income on your tax return.

As someone who is self-employed you will report your income and expenses in the "Income & Expenses" tab.  Locate the self-employment section there and click "Start" to begin entering information.
