Hi, it says my E-file is accepted for both Fed and State returns. But I keep getting an Email from Turbo tax stating "Action Required for 2018 AGI"

Why is Turbo tax sending me an email if at the site it says "State & Federal Accepted"

It depends.

 

Log back into your return.  Look to see if you have a button that says Fix My return.  If you do, then your return was not accepted.  (If you do not, then you may have another return associated with that email address that may have been started but never finished.)

 

You can also confirm the status of the e-file by following the steps below:

 

Check E-file status

 

If you determine your return was rejected and you select that button, the program will walk you through the steps or ask for the information needed to fix your return.

Many times, the error might have to do with entering your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) from 2018.  Please see the following for instructions on getting your 2018 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI).
