Hi so every time I file it says rejected, the issue is my agi number they said. But I didn’t file last year so it should be 0. But everytime I put 0 it gets rejected

for some reason some returns are being rejected even when taxpayers, according to them, are entering the correct AGI.

0 is correct in your situation. you'll probably have to mail in your returns.

there's nothing TT can do.

the only suggestion i can make is to register at the IRS website and see if somehow there's a transcript for 2018.
