Hi. So I already finish filing my taxes paid my federal and then was sent to homepage. When I got to homepage turbotax stating that I owe 25 dollar in due taxes.

In this case why didn't it add that before letting me finalize my payment and then later telling me I owe 25 dollar? If I do need to pay this will the irs send a letter I still have 25 dollars left to pay?

I recommend reviewing your tax return as filed to check for the amount due with the tax return that was filed. If the IRS reviews your return and notices anything was missed, they will notify you by mail. If you are able to see where the difference is coming from, you can also amend your return if needed to file an accurate return.

How can I access my return after I've e-filed or printed it?
