When walking through 1099-SA section, question is asked concerning my wife's lapse in HDHP coverage. She had no lapse in coverage but the question answers 1) yes, the coverage ended due to a disability and 2) no, the coverage ended for other reasons. Neither of these answers apply as she did not have any lapse in coverage
