Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section

I have been trying to e-file my return for 2 weeks, and it is still telling me the same error message. I have cleared my cache and cookies, switched browsers, switched computers, tried on my phone, nothing is working and I am still getting this message.

What is the error message?  Is it getting rejected or are you unable to e-file it at all?   Are you filing a state return also, or just the federal?

I am unable to e-file. When I click the last step to file, after agreeing to the agreements and confirming my identity, i get the message: "Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section"

 

I filing the federal return only.
