I am trying to find a worksheet to calculate Home Office Expense for Schedule C purposes

TurboTax will fill in the information on a worksheet based on your expense entries.  This worksheet will be included as one of the forms you can view or print when your return is complete.  

 

If you want to see a worksheet and fill it in on your own, take a look at IRS Publication 587 Business Use of Your Home.  There are worksheets included on pages 21 and 25 of the PDF document that you can use for either the actual cost method or the simplified method for claiming home office expenses.
