How am I owing taxes, I have zero with holdings this year and claimed nothing?????????

If you had zero withholdings, that is why you owe taxes. Your income must have been sufficient to create a tax liability and since you didn't pay any taxes in, then you owe money.

 

I suggest you complete a new W-4 form with your employer and have some additional tax withheld.
