In other words, do I need to file taxes when I haven't had a job this year?  It mentions that I have to mail stuff by sometime in April, but I don't have any of those things to mail from what I know, and it says I have to mail it since I can't send it electronically.  I don't want to go to court or anything because I haven't filled and turned in anything.  I keep on getting email reminders to do tax stuff, too.  So, what do I do?  Thanks!

If you received no income of any kind in 2019 then there is no reason or need to file a 2019 tax return.
