How Bad was Turbotax for 2024 ? (Ans REALLY BAD)
Anyone notice an unusual level of problems with Turbotax for tax year 2024 ?
SW Glitches, inexplicable data appearing in forms, data source function not working, error check missing errors, electronic filings rejected by IRS (after TT error check says all OK), etc., ? TT then tries to steer you into paying to resolve their problems and milk the customer for more money at every turn. It's as if they designed their SW to have glitches and reduced the help function to drive customers to pay more. I'm a longtime user but I think I'm done with Turbotax.
