How best to list a payor name

What is the preferred way of listing the name of payor (on Schedule B) for the interest I receive on my US Savings Bonds?

I redeem the savings bonds at my brick and mortar bank.

Should I list payor name as the name of the bank, or should I list the name of the payor as US Treasury?

The name of the Payor should be the one shown on the 1099-int that you receive, whether it be the bank or the U S Treasury. My guess is that it would be the U S Treasury.
