i mean state e-file for 2023?

    you can't. Turbotax no longer offers e-file for 2023. You'll have to print and mail the state return.

    E-filing for 2023 has been closed since October of 2024.   The only way to file a 2023 return is to print it, sign and date it in ink, and mail it in.
