Follow the steps below to download and save your It's Deductible donations.  You can print from the saved documents.

Follow these steps to export and save your ItsDeductible data.

  1. Sign in to your ItsDeductible account.
  2. Select the tax year you want to save.
  3. Select View Summaries.
  4. Select PDF next to the data you want to save.
  5. Repeat steps 2–4 for all other tax years you’d like to save.

We recommend keeping all tax return data for the last three years for your tax records.

Im logged in and it states there is no data and I have not visited. However I made several donations using it when I filed my taxes in 2020. I am being asked for a list of items I donated and the value claimed for them. I would like to print out the breakdown I submitted with my taxes in 2020

Were you ever able to retrieve your 2020 ItsDeductible? I have the same issue!

Yes actually. I downloaded the 2020 software as if I was trying to amend it (you don’t have to pay unless you actually fully amend it and have them submit it) So what I did is, I was acting like I was going to amend it and then I was able to pull everything from my deductions and get the list of all the things that I had on its deductible. Hope this helps

If you click on "Download Summaries" it should take you to a screen where you can select Preview HTML or Create PDF. Click on the appropriate one for the information you are looking for and when it opens you'll see at the top in the address bar the complete URL and a date at the end of the line. Replace that date with whatever date you are looking for and it should open your old data. This new version of ItsDeductible is horrible for entering data.
