I have installed Trubotax. I first installed it by using the CD. but it would not let me enter the license code. It ended up being installed more than once. I followed instructions to either remove or repair. I tried to repair it. It ended up with 2 copies. I tried to remove the copy but after that it still said it. so at this point, I can't get it installed correctly so I can't use the program. Can you help me? My mind is dead I haven't slept for days, so I'm making this very clear.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Hello I am trying to access my state taxes. I need to find out if they were completed I keep seeing pending. Also I would like to know what status it says that I filed under when I try to track my refund. It does not give me the option to hit head of household when I try to login it keeps taking me to a page That won’t allow me access to any of my information only to file new taxes.

If your state taxes are showing PENDING they have been filed, but they have not been accepted by the state yet.

If you've already submitted your taxes, which I think you have, you will not be able to make changes without amending your returns. You will have to wait until they are completely processed to make the changes.

Delete the Form 5695

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen

Click on Tools

Click on Delete a form
