How can i add a form that was deleted for state

Accidentally deleted Wisconsin schedule H (thinking it was something else) and I cant figure out how to get it back.

Go back through the state return again.   When you answer the questions about the Homestead Credit, TurboTax will generate a new Schedule H.   When you click on State from the left menu, you should see an option to ''Go Over Wisconsin Again''.
