How can I add another W-2 form

Yes. If you haven't filed your return yet, you can add another W-2, by completing these steps below:·        

• Sign in to TurboTax (if you're not already signed in).
• Click on the Take me to my return button
• Click on the Federal Taxes (left tab)
• Click on the Wages and Income (top tab)
• Click on the Edit (next to Job W-2) button and continue the Interview questions or 
• Scroll down to the Wages and Salaries tab (Show More) and click Start/Revisit
• Click on the Add another W-2 button (under your total wages). See image below

If you have already e-filed or mailed the return, then you will need to wait until the IRS has accepted or rejected that return before you can make any changes.  

• If they reject it, then just make the needed changes (add W-2) and re-submit the return.  
• If they accept it, then you will need to send in any forms that caused the need for an amendment (Original 1040 Form, new 1040X Form and your W-2 form). Print, sign and mail your forms to the IRS.
