How can I add more rows on Box D Long Term Covered Transactions.

It says I can do it after I press Continue, but I don't see it? I have 24 listed, but will need another 40 rows or so.

It sounds like you are in the Desktop version of TurboTax in the FORMs mode.

You should not override the system by posting directly in the form.
You should be entering in Step by Step in the 1099-B section
You will then be able to make entries that will appear on the appropriate tax form and carry through the program.
