How can I attach my 1099-b when I am ready to file? I am trying avoid mailing 1099-b to IRS separately after I e-file my tax return.

Did TurboTax prompt you to attach a PDF copy of your consolidated 1099-B or other detail report?
That's when it's done.

Yes, that I did few weeks ago. Now I received a corrected 1099-B and I am looking to delete the old and re-attach the corrected 1099-B.

I'm not so sure you can do that.

Instead, mail the transaction details to the IRS at their special address in Austin, Tx for receiving those documents.

If the differences are minor, don't even bother.
