TurboTax software for 2018 is no longer available; even if you can find it on eBay ,etc. it will not be supported and updates are not available. It is too late to get a refund for a 2018 return; the refund has been forfeited. If you owe tax due for 2018 the IRS still wants to be paid though. You can get prior year forms from the IRS site and prepare them by hand.
