How can I bypass filling out the w2 if I had no income in 2020 ?

Yes.  You will only need to enter the forms you actually have.  After entering all your personal information, you can select the "Federal Review" tab at the top right of the TurboTax page.  This will take you to the stimulus questions. Continue through the rest of the interview to complete your return.  

If the filing process is stopped due to zero income, then go back to the "Income & Expenses" tab and enter $1 in the interest income topic to allow the filing to continue.  You can type "None" in the "Institution" box.
