With TurboTax Online open, go to Tax Home, then Personal Info (you may need to click Continue if this is where you already are in the program), then To the right of your current filing status, click Edit. This will give you the opportunity to update your filing status.You can qualify for Head of Household if you: Were unmarried as of December 31, 2020 and Paid more than half the cost to run your (or a qualifying parent's) home this year (rent, mortgage, utilities, etc.) and Supported a qualifying person.
