If you already filed or e-filed your income tax return(s), the information is printed on your return.

It's also on Part V of the Federal Information Worksheet. Scroll down for Direct Deposit or payment and banking information.

• For the state, review the State Information Worksheet for payment and banking information

** If the check boxes are checked "NO" and your banking information is not displayed on the Information Worksheet, then the direct debit was not successful.

You owe federal income taxes because you didn't have enough federal income taxes withheld from your paychecks. Complete a form W-4 for 2021 to update your withholding.
