How can I completely delete my account and start the whole process over?

I have encountered many problems in filling out documents and information and also in paying, I would like to start the whole process of preparing and returning my taxes again

TurboTax accounts cannot be deleted. You can clear and start the return over if you have not registered, paid or e-filed. But if it is too late for that, then you can just abandon the account and start over in a new online account. Nothing will happen with the old one.

Made a serious mistake in buying the Online version instead of the Standard download version. I want to get rid of the the Online return completely and start over with the Standard version. TurboTax will not let me download the Standard version and I can't delete the Online version.
