How can I connect with IT support? I am on the first step of Filing but no information is displayed and there is no way to proceed

To expound further, on the File tab, when it gives you the option to click into "Step 1: Review your Order", once I click that, the window goes to a new page but is blank so there is no way to proceed or click through into the filing process.
