You would have to buy, download and install the full Desktop versions for each year...on a full Windows or MAC computer.  (no phone or tablets)  Then you would prepare each year, and print and mail them in. (too late to e-file yourself).  

 

Send each year in separate envelopes, and use a tracking method at the PO service counter.  So that's 4 separate envelopes.
