How can I do two transactions to pay taxes

If you’re electing to pay your tax liability using Direct Debit through TurboTax you can’t make partial payments or pay from multiple accounts.  However, there is an alternative that will allow you to pay from multiple accounts or payment methods. The alternative is to pay the IRS directly using their payment portal that does allow you to make a partial payment from one account and the balance from another. https://www.irs.gov/Payments/Direct-Pay
