How can I e-file my 2016 taxes today, when I am not able to pay the amount due and don't qualify for payment plan?

I am not able to pay the taxed due today and I just started a new payment plan with the IRS this month which disqualifies me for requesting another, so TurboTax doesn't give me an option to submit my 2017 taxes for e-filing. What other way can I e-file today so my taxes are submitted on time?

If you can pay the full amount you owe within 120 days, call 1-800-829-1040 to establish your request to pay in full. If you can do this, you can avoid paying the fee to set up an installment agreement. Instead of calling, you can apply online. To do that, go to IRS.gov and enter "Online Payment Agreement" in the "Search" box.
