Question

How can I e-file this year? My Kansas employer's ID is flagged as too long for e-filing. The same ID worked last year. What can I do to e-file this year?

Try to remove any hyphens when you enter this in.  Are you entering this under the state ID portion and that is where you are getting the error?  If it is under the state portion you can leave it blank, and it should file with no issues.  

If you are trying to enter this under Federal - that particular number is only 9 digits long.
