How can I efile I cant take a 0 answer form 7202 out? I am not self employed, how do I fix it?

If 7202 does not pertain to your filing just delete the form.

Here's the general procedure for viewing the forms list and deleting unwanted forms, schedules, and worksheets in TurboTax Online:

1. Open or continue your return in TurboTax.
2. In the left menu, select Tax Tools and then Tools.
3. In the pop-up window Tool Center, choose Delete a form.
4. Select Delete next to the form/schedule/worksheet in the list and follow the instructions.

NOTE:

Form 7202 is used by self-employed individuals to figure an amount to claim for qualified sick and family leave equivalent credits on their 2020 tax returns. 

Form 7202 will not be supported in e-file, so it must be printed and you'll need to mail it with your return.
