How can I either delete my return if I haven't filed? I chose a product higher than needed, and don't want to pay an extra $100.

If you have not filed, to remove forms from the program, here are the steps:

• Sign in to your account, select Pick up where you left off
• To your left, Select Tax Tools/drop-down menu
• Select Tools
• Under Other helpful links, choose to Delete a form
• Select Delete next to Form number (s) and Continue with My Return to proceed

Another option you might want to consider is to allow the program to downgrade to a lower version of the product, you can simply use the "clear and start over" feature in the program.  However, by doing so, it will erase all the entries you have entered.  You would need to re-enter all your info to allow the program to re-select a new version of the TurboTax product for you.  Here are the steps:

1. Sign in to your account, select Pick up where you left off

2.  To your left, select Tools, click on the drop-down menu

3. Select Clear and Start Over
