How can I enter the bank information on the online free Turbo Tax site or the PC version of Turbo Tax Deluxe if I have no refund? For the government stimulus check.

I have a $0 Federal and a $31 California refund.
Since there is no federal refund, Turbo Tax does not ask for the bank information for the federal return and I can't seem to find where to go and change it.

There is no way to enter direct deposit information on a federal return with no refund. You can try entering it on the stimulus payment portal: Get My Payment
