I purchased the wrong year and want to exchange it for the right one. Can someone from support help me please?????

I tried this and it led me to an automated call that only gave me three options, none of which allowed me to speak to a real person or solve this issue.

Edit: Nevermind, I tried again and just stayed on the line for a while and it transferred me to a representative. I'm just waiting now for the callback.
