How can I file my 2017 taxes with Turbo Tax online if I moved out of the country in October and I don't live in USA now. I am in Bolivia but need to file my taxes in USA?

I used the Deluxe version last year, should I use the same this year? Turbo Tax don't have options to specify where I am living now if is out of the US. I am living in Bolivia right now. But need to file my taxes in USA. How can I do this?

Are you referring to the question in the MY INFO section where it asks for your "state of residence" on December 31, 2017;  i.e, Question 2 which is entitled "Tell us the state(s) you lived in?"

In the dropdown menu of states, scroll way down to the bottom below Wyoming, and it should say "Foreign or US Possession."   (see screen image below)

After doing that, there is also a place to indicate what other state you lived in before you moved if you answer YES to the question " I lived in another state in 2017."  The screen will then expand so you can so indicate.

Are you a US Citizen or Green Card holder?
In not, are you considered a US tax-Resident?  If you are not sure, please tell us what kind of visa you had (if any) and when you lived in the US (dates and years).

I am a US citizen yes. I have been filling my taxes with turbo tax for years while I lived in the US. This year we move to Bolivia in October but I worked the whole year (well till October) in USA. Now I need to file but I am living in Bolivia. I am confuse on How I can use Turbo Tax now or which version of Turbo Tax do I need to use. Any help? I used the Deluxe version but when I started my taxes this year it asked me if I lived in the US (until Dec 2017, with I am not in US) but there is no options to choose any outside the US.

See if the answer below resolves your issue.  It tells you how to choose "foreign" for your state of residency on December 31, 2017.

You mentioned that you are using the online Deluxe Edition.   Online Deluxe can handle the Form 2555 for "Foreign Earned Income Exclusion" if you need it.

However, the Online version of Deluxe does have some other form limitations.  For instance it cannot handle Schedule D, E, F, C (with expenses), or enter a K-1.
