I just moved in with my kids father We have 2 kids. I always claimed 1 and he always claimed the other. Now that we live together, (just moved this month) will I still be able to claim a child and he claim one? Now instead of HOH,  will I file single, he makes more and this is now his house I am moving into?I'm

Generally, whoever provides more than 50% of the support for the entire household for the entire year files as HOH. In order to so, that person must claim at least one of the children. The other person files as Single.
