How can I finalize the form? The process does not recognize my spouse's information which hasn't changed or been altered in years.

So, why am I not able to speak to the community or a real person?
 Obviously this process does not help.

The people who respond to questions in this forum are not TurboTax employees but software users just like you. If you need customer support you can contact TurboTax directly. If you have a question other users may have experienced this is the place to ask about that. We don’t have access to your return anymore than you would have access to ours.
