How can I find out if I'm eligible for a property tax refund and if so am I able to do it on Turbo Tax?

A refund from your county tax appraiser or assessor's office? If so, you need to contact that office.

    What state are you in?   There are certain states such as MN that may have property tax credit.   If your state has such a credit it will be on the state return.
