How can I find the rejection code for the reason for rejection?

TurboTax will send you the information.

 

Step 1: Check your email

Look for an ACTION NEEDED! email from turbotax@intuit.com. It will give you a brief explanation of your reject and how to update it.

Didn't get an email? Open your return to get the rejection reason and proceed to step 2.

Step 2: Search for a solution

Step 3: Open and fix your return

Step 4: Re-file your return
