How can I get mailing instructions for making amendments to ct-3-s? When I use turbo tax business software it has instructions for efile even though it makes me mail them

In the FILE tab choose to mail in the return and then the mailing instructions will be presented in the PDF file.

Thanks for your answer but there seems to be some bug. Since I e-filed the original return, even if I choose to mail the amendments it shows e-file instructions. Anyway someone can get me the documents I'd need to send? Is there some document describing the changes made I have to send? Do I still send 8453-s even though I am mailing the amendment?
