How can I get my previous information? Usually it automatically shows up, but now it is asking for me to type in everything.

You have to start in exactly the same account using the same user ID to transfer the 2019 return in to 2020---and you have to perform that transfer before you begin to enter any new data.

Do you need to find the account you used for 2019?

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.
