How can I get out of this "Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section" problem?

I was at Step 3 (the final step) before filing my tax return. I was going through the "Disclosure Consent" form. I got it printed. Then TurboTax got stuck with a message saying: "Hmm, looks like we hit a slight snag in this section...". It could not get out of it. Hitting "Try again" button as suggested multiple number of times did not help. How do I get out of this error "loop"?

This is a known issue that some customers are experiencing and we are working to resolve it. You can try logging completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies to see if this will clear the error. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.
