How can I pay my Turbo Tax fee for a paper return from a foreign address when I have no US billing address?

I live in Thailand. I have a US credit card, but the billing address is my Thailand address. How can I pay Turbo Tax fees?

You can buy a pre-paid MasterCard or Visa, and since there is no real billing address for a prepaid card, you can use a friend or relatives address.
