How can I prepare my payment quartely taxes with turbo tax

TurboTax cannot be used to make your quarterly estimated tax payments.  If you're asking about calculating and submitting your quarterly payments, see the linked IRS webpage below.  In this publication, you'll see worksheets for calculating your estimated tax payments (pages 6 and 8), as well as vouchers to include in your mailing of your estimated tax payments.   There are other options to make your payments other than mailing.  I'll link you to that IRS webpage, as well.
