If you are asking about purchasing desktop Deluxe in the Federal-only version, you would have to buy that from a local retail store such as Sams, Costco, Office Depot, Staples, Target, Best Buy etc., or you can purchase online from a reputable authorized retailer as a CD or download.  The reputable authorized online retailers are large well-known ones like Amazon, Office Depot, Staples, Costco, NewEgg, Best Buy, etc.   Do not fall victim to a "too good to be true" site in an Internet search, since there are scam sites which sell pirated software, or which may want your personal info, send malware, etc.

The desktop Deluxe sold on the TurboTax website is the combo version--Federal and State.
