How can I remove Chase Affiliation on my Turbotax Account?

I clicked the affiliate link within my Chase Account, and now it's stuck with my Turbotax account. Not only Chase's discount doesn't apply, the service code from Turbotax agent doesn't work. How can I remove the affiliation once it's connected to my Turbotax account?

Hi @CarissaM , unfortunately this is not it. I have never linked my Chase with Turbotax. All I did was clicking the affiliate link like below (I remove the actual code with XXXXX).
